Maloney & Kennedy, P.L.L.C. is based in Auburn, New Hampshire. Richard J. Maloney, a Certified Public Accountant and Lawyer admitted in N.H. and N.Y., founded the Company in 1991. He had previously served as the manager in charge of the tax department of Ernst & Whinney in Manchester and also practiced law with Wiggin & Nourie in Manchester.
He began an accounting career with Arthur Andersen & Company in Boston. In 2007, he partnered with Kevin C. Kennedy, a CPA based in Epsom, New Hampshire. Kevin C. Kennedy graduated from New Hampshire College (now Southern New Hampshire University) and has been in the accounting profession for over 20 years in both private and public companies.
